Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The final 50% payment will be due one week before the booking. In the event that the booking is cancelled after the deposit is made, we will hold your deposit towards a future booking at Lua Cheia. No refund if the cancellation comes less than 7 days before the booked dates.
